OUR REFUND POLICY

Our goal is that all our patrons are satisfied with their orders. Should you need to return an item, or ordered something by error, we can substitute it prior to it being packaged. Please email us at guestservices@bottlenbrew.com.

What happens if my package is undeliverable?

If the carrier is unable to deliver your package because you were not at the address and the package is returned to sender, or the address you provided is undeliverable, and the package is ultimately returned to Bottle N Brew, you will be charged for all shipping fees.

The shipping fees will include the fee charged by the carrier to ship the package back to us.

CANCELATION POLICY?

Restock Fee: By placing an order with Bottle N Brew, the patron acknowledges and agrees to the potential imposition of a Restock Fee, as outlined in the conditions above. Bottle N Brew reserves the right to impose a Restock Fee equivalent to 10% of the total order value in the event that a patron cancels an order after it has been processed. Please note that the decision to impose the Restock Fee is solely at the discretion of Bottle N Brew. It is important to understand that the Restock Fee may not be applied to every canceled order, and patrons should not presume that a cancellation will automatically result in this fee. Bottle N Brew will assess each case individually to determine whether the Restock Fee is applicable.

Should your package have already been shipped by the carrier, you will be responsible for covering the shipping fees, as well as any associated recall fees. In addition, a 10% Restock Fee will apply to the total order amount. We recognize that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and our goal is to maintain a fair and patron-friendly cancellation policy that avoids unnecessary charges. This approach aligns with our commitment to providing reasonable terms and conditions for our valued patrons.
