Redwood Empire Lost Monarch is an award-winning whiskey blend of rye and bourbon, named after the world's largest coastal redwood tree. It's a blend of house-distilled rye whiskeys and mature bourbons aged 3–14 years in American oak casks. The mash bill is 55% rye and 45% bourbon, resulting in a balance of sweetness and spice with notes of corn, maple syrup, vanilla, and caramel.
