A proprietary blend of Indiana Straight Rye Whiskeys that have been aged for up to 6 years. These are then finished in ex-Caribbean rum casks using a solera method of only bottling a portion of the oldest barrels. Velvety figs, spiced pears and a hint of anise on the palate.
