Distilled in copper-pot stills, the cachaca offers a smooth, semi-sweet flavor with a bright, citrus finish. Aged for three years in ex-bourbon barrels, the cachaca provides depth with notes of dried fruit and oak, as well as a mellow, well-rounded finish.
