The grapes are out of the bottle for your taste buds to explore what they?ve been craving and for you to experience all the little moments, laughter, and conversations with friends that happen during a wine tasting. Uncorked starts with a grain bill loaded with wheat and oats and uses our new hand-selected Nelson. To complement the wine notes we chose in this hop, we let this beer condition on Sauvignon Blanc juice. Uncorked pours a creamy yellow, releasing notes and flavors of passionfruit, honey dew, lime, green apple, and gooseberry during a lovely picnic in the New Zealand Grasslands.
