2022 Santa Carolina Reserva Pinot Noir Rose

Harvested on the brink of ripeness, the grapes used in this Rosé were whole bunch pressed and the juice was kept in contact with skins for a couple of hours to obtain a delicate pink shade. The wine was subsequently fermented as a white wine, at low temperature and using selected yeasts. Following fermentation, the wine rested on its lees for a few weeks for enhanced complexity and softness on the palate.
