Simex Manastirska Sljiva Plum Brandy

Ripe plum is harvested, smashed and left to ferment for at least three weeks. Strong plum brandy slivovitz of dark amber color and balanced aroma. Its strength, acids and aromas are well balanced and make it very suitable as apperitiv or evening digestiff.
